Strategic Healthcare Operations & Clinical AI
I specialize in the operational reality of healthcare technology—the critical space where legacy EHR infrastructure meets the next generation of clinical intelligence. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise strategy and implementations, I lead the transition from passive systems of record to active clinical decision support. My focus is on ensuring that as we move toward AI-driven workflows and personalized medicine, we build on a solid foundation of governance, safety, and clinical trust.
