The team constituted 25% of the total ITWorks team at Adventist Health, but was responsible for closing 33% of the total ticket volume, while consistently meeting contractual obligations for turnaround time. Was the client EHR roadmap owner. Collaborated with business owners, client informaticists, and other members of the leadership team to perform project intake and tracking, and presented data and recommendations back to client stakeholders to inform governance. Moved client Nursing Alignment score from 69.6% to 90.1%. Led strategic initiatives around alignment to Cerner Model and Cerner corporate direction, resulting in adoption of Cerner Advance kits, incorporating hundreds of Cerner Model Experience items, increasing Cerner Blueprint to Model scores by 59 points, and moving LightsOn alignment into top decile for both nursing and providers. Additionally, added focus to adopting model data fields and back-end discrete mapping, with emphasis on industry Essential Clinical Dataset advancements.
